Three new restaurants with fresh fish

In Moscow, almost every day there are new restaurants and time to visit everyone – not an easy task, plus summer is just around the corner and you can not indulge yourself with goodies, otherwise the best swimsuits of the season won’t be able to show on the beach.
We have a way out – before the holidays, arrange a raid only on fish restaurants. In lean fish and marine reptiles most of the nutrients are protein – in our body it does not turn into fat. In addition, it is able to regulate the appetite – after a protein food, the feeling of satiety lasts a long time. So you can afford a couple of dinners without harm to the holiday season. Moregrill on Kuznetsk Bridge, as the name already makes it clear, is dedicated to the whole of the sea. Special emphasis in the menu – on the grill – there is a Kamchatka crab, and Atlantic salmon, and tuna bluefin, and Murmansk halibut, and shrimp. The second most important position in the menu is occupied by raw dishes – tartar, ceviche, sashimi.

In Il Pesce, be extremely vigilant – it is difficult to resist the temptation to eat a big pizza with mozzarella, avoid eating pasta with tomato and basil and not attack a huge jar of nutella. This is because this fish restaurant is located in the Eataly space – and besides the fish, there are quite a few attractive corners in the neighborhood.
But let’s concentrate on fish – in Il Pesce there is a small menu – about 10 dishes: shrimp kebabs, grilled squid, Messianic cod, salmon steak, tuna tartare. But it’s not necessary to navigate the menu – you can choose any fish from the neighboring department of the store yourself, and they will cook it for you immediately.
Already well-known and beloved by the Muscovites Buba by Buba Sumosan opens another restaurant of its family – on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. The most popular dish here is rolls. In the menu there are both well-known, like “California”, and more intricate ones – roll with perch and spicy paprika, with sea bass and truffle oil, spicy with scallop. Everyone has a thin layer of rice and a large amount of filling – because of what, at first glance, they seem very flimsy, but when you start eating, you understand the whole point – they practically melt in your mouth.
You can feel the charm of fresh fish by ordering sashimi, if, of course, you can choose: tuna, salmon, classic and sweet shrimp, eel, tamago, sea bass and scallop, the list is long. And in order not to gain extra kilograms, there are several smoothie options on the menu, including a detox with a minimum sugar content – from cucumber, celery, apple and ginger.
