A new version of the LA LISTE “Classification of Classifications” list of world gastronomy for the upcoming 2018 has been published. The ranking mechanism includes a complex analysis and evaluation of each restaurant, which is included in the 200 existing ratings of the whole world, starting from little-known Internet portals and ending with such giants as Gault & Millau and Michelin. The rating estimates not only the work of the cook, but the entire establishment as a whole, the maximum rating a restaurant can receive is 100 points. The winners of the rating are in the review TUT.BY.

Guy Savoy, Paris, France
1st place, rating: 99.75
His famous restaurant, named after French culinary specialist Guy Savoy, opened his restaurant in 1987 in the 17th arrondissement of Paris on Tryon Street. In 2002, the restaurant was awarded the highest rating of a Michelin guide – three stars.
