A new version of the LA LISTE “Classification of Classifications” list of world gastronomy for the upcoming 2018 has been published. The ranking mechanism includes a complex analysis and evaluation of each restaurant, which is included in the 200 existing ratings of the whole world, starting from little-known Internet portals and ending with such giants as Gault & Millau and Michelin. The rating estimates not only the work of the cook, but the entire establishment as a whole, the maximum rating a restaurant can receive is 100 points. The winners of the rating are in the review TUT.BY.
